Local App Data

The App is designed to operate locally on your device. As you use it, the App stores information on your device that supports your review workflow. This may include saved reviews, review titles, scenario types, category states, notes, action pack ticks, exported summaries generated locally, and last edited timestamps.

This local content is not automatically transmitted to the Company as part of the core workflow. It remains under your control on your device.

On-Device Storage

The App keeps your review data in local storage on your Android device. You can manage this data through the App's own delete and clear functions, or through Android device settings.

Because the App stores information locally and does not operate a backend system, the Company does not receive or store your review content on its servers.

Export and External Actions

The App may allow you to export, copy, or share locally generated summaries through Android system actions. This occurs only when you choose to do so, and the exported content is saved or shared wherever you decide.

The App may also open external Android services, such as a browser or email client, when you select them. Those external services operate under their own privacy practices, and any information you provide to them is governed by their respective policies.

What the App Does Not Include

The App does not require login or account registration, does not provide payment or subscription functionality, and does not include monetisation features. The core workflow is local to the device and does not require any personal identity information from you.

The App supports communication readiness review and does not provide medical, legal, PR, or therapeutic authority. Its outputs are not legal, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for how you use this information.

Retention

Local review data remains on your device until you delete it, clear local app data, or uninstall the application. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

Security

The Company applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any information it handles. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your device and any files you export or share.

Your Rights

If you are located in the UK or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data that we process, where applicable under law. Because the App is local-first and does not automatically transmit personal data to us, your locally stored data can usually be managed directly on your device or by uninstalling the application.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
